I am very happy to report that I had a great experience with Best Hybrid Batteries. The cost of the replacement battery was vastly less that what the Honda dealership had quoted me. The owner was there the day I arrived. He was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions. They quickly replaced the battery and I went on my way. I will definitely do business with you in the future,as long as the replacement battery is as long lasting as the original, which I hope occurs.
Our Honda Civic Hybrid, 5-speed, which has been a very good car for us, came up with the IMA warning message. So, we looked into the best way for us to take care of the problem. The dealership would have charged us over $3,200.00 to replace the IMA battery pack WITH A REFURBISHED PACK(!) and a one-year 50,000 mile warranty. Best Hybrid Batteries offered a refurbished IMA pack, installed, and a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty for about half what the dealer wanted. We went with Best Hybrid Batteries, met Michael Bradley at the shop in Shorewood, IL, had the work done in their friendly and helpful operation, and we have been very pleased with the results. I have purchased 2 Hybrid batteries from Michael for two different Prius' that were brought to our shop for service. Both times Michael was great to deal with, even offering to drop the batteries off if he was in the area. If you are looking for a high quality hybrid battery at a fraction of the cost from a dealer, then check this place out. I have used Best Hybrid Batteries several times for my customers who simple can not/refuse to pay the astronomical prices the dealerships establish. Best Hybrid Batteries diagnostic methods of evaluating the condition of your battery pack is far superior than simply just replacing it. You now have several options opposed to just one. Not only is the work top-notch it will save you a considerable amount of money.

When the dealer told me he wanted 3000.00 for a "new" battery to fix an IMA light on my 2003 Civic hybrid, I decided to get a second opinion. Boy am I glad I did! I saved thousands by going to Best Hybrid Batteries! All my idiot lights are out, and the MPG's are back to normal. Mike was very courteous and professional and prompt.
