If you are unsatisfied in any way, you may return your unused purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked, and no restocking fees. To request a return please follow the terms and procedures of our Return/Refund policy outlined below.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (800) 719-7863 with your order number to request your return authorization
- Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products that have been taken out of the original packaging are not returnable.
- Defective products, or products that fail under normal use are covered under our Warranty policy and do not qualify for return/refund.
- If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item(s) and we will work with you to quickly resolve it.
- If the product is damaged or defective, Best Hybrid Batteries will issue a pre-paid return label, and will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.
- In all other cases, the return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer using any carrier of their choosing.
- The customer is responsible for the care and packaging of the return item. Damage to the item or missing parts will be deducted from the purchase price.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation.
