Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Best Hybrid Batteries as your replacement hybrid battery company. Best Hybrid Batteries is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied in any way, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked, and no restocking fees. To request a return please follow the terms and procedures of our Return/Refund policy outlined below.

  1. Contact customerservice@besthybridbatteries.com or call (800) 719-7863 with your order number to request your return authorization
  2. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  3. Defective products, or products that fail under normal use are covered under our Warranty policy and do not qualify for return/refund.
  4. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item(s) and we will work with you to quickly resolve it.
  5. If the product is damaged or defective, Best Hybrid Batteries will issue a pre-paid return label, and will ship out a replacement at no additional cost.
  6. In all other cases, the return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer using any carrier of their choosing.
  7. The customer is responsible for the care and packaging of the return item. Damage to the item or missing parts will be deducted from the purchase price.
  8. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation.
