Thank you for choosing Best Hybrid Batteries as your replacement hybrid battery company. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied in any way, you may return your unused purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are no questions asked and no restocking fees.

How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number when requesting your return authorization.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products that have been removed from the original packaging are not returnable.

  • Defective products, or products that fail under normal use, are covered under our Warranty Policy and do not qualify for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item(s) and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

  • For damaged or defective products, Best Hybrid Batteries will issue a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping using any carrier of their choosing.

  • The customer is also responsible for proper care and packaging of the return item. Any damage or missing parts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

  • All refund recipients will receive email confirmation once the return is processed.
